Scope of Work

The goal is to align the facilities with the compliance requirements of USP 797/800 standards:

● Build the plenum structure about the cleanroom according to design specifications

● Seal all joints and penetrations to ensure airtight performance

● Apply spray insulation within the plenum to improve thermal efficiency and eviroment
control.

● Removal of existing equipment to allow safe and unobstructed access.

● Installation of temporary containment barriers to prevent dust and cross-contamination
during construction.

● Perform leak detection using specialized equipment to identify moisture within the slab.

● If necessary, selectively open wall areas to inspect plumbing lines and locate the
source.

● Seal all exterior cracks and vulnerable areas to prevent future water intrusion.

● Prepare all wall surfaces to a cleanroom-ready finish.

● Apply epoxy coating system to meet hygiene and compliance standards.

●  Prepare existing flooring surface.

● Install epoxy flooring system for durability, cleanability, and compliance.

● Install new 3.5-ton HVAC system.

● Install 100-pint dehumidifier for proper humidity control.

● Ensure stable environmental conditions for cleanroom operation.

● Removal of existing Fan Filter Units, Installation of. (3) roomside replaceable Fan Filter
Units.

● Installation of negative pressure gauge.

●  Relocate thermostat to ensure accurate temperature control and system performance.

●  Perform detailed cleaning of all areas.

● Prepare the space for inspection and certification.
